The third thing that I think is real key and real important is take people to breakfast, lunch and dinner and you'd be amazed at how they want to go out and talk with you because everybody likes to teach. They feel special when someone shows an interest in them.
I take so many people to breakfasts, lunch or dinner just so I can pick their brain and get to know them because I appreciate what they have done. Here is something that is key. Always buy their meal. Always buy their meal if you're going to pick their brain.
And just one little last technique. I have a whole bunch of them but one last technique is you should have a networking plan of attack meaning how you are going to network your way in with people but also how you're going to stay in touch with those people and how you're going to continuously serve them and help them get what they want.
