"Devouring Doom's history begins with two young boys with a lot of musical projects. After burning a lot of Cd's, Marc and Yael decided to form a band. That band began with the incorporation of Samu at the main vocals. In that momento began a hard drummer search. A new band was formed andi t was called Dark Blast, but it didn't worked well, because of the different points of view of two of the members. In November 2009 the band found Marc Isanta and they changed the name to Devouring Doom. The band is defined as a open-minded extreme metal band with a lot of different influences.

The band played live for the first time in April and began the recording of the first demo in September. Our most important point is making people enjoy a high-quality extreme metal.

Devouring Doom makes us think about the universe and the beings that possible live in it. It also talks about the destiny of humanity and how humans are destroying the Earth. Devouring Doom takes you deep in the human's soul and reflects us the worst humanity sins. In that way, we are doomed to oblivion."
